• STEP 1: Choose a club/season option, enter Player Name(s), click GO
• STEP 2: Click PAY NOW and go to PayPal in a new tab/window
• STEP 3: Once paid,
  select-and-copy the transaction ID# from the PayPal screen
  return to this page, click the 'REGISTER' link at the top
  enter the ID# into the form and complete the registration process
